All graphic images and photos on this website are the ownership of Tilda shop online. All possible efforts have been made to show the products as they are.  
Tilda shop online is not responsible for possible differences between the image or description on the web and the actual product.  
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.
This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. 

Payment possibilities:

Bank transfer  or  Internet  banking. 
VAT is included in all prices. 
Customers from abroad could receive an invoice (in which all details relating to the ordered products, any discounts and shipping will be listed) informing them how to make a payment to  our bank account. 
We emphasise that the cost of transfers and bank charges are paid by the buyer.


In the case of a customer receiving a defective product, he/she is required to inform Tilda shop online about the defect and describe it.
If  these demands are met, Tilda shop online will replace the product at our own expense.

In case of failure to deliver ( inability to deliver, wrong address, etc. ) the customer will have to contact Tilda shop online to send delivery again.

If these demands are not met, Tilda shop online is not required to deliver the order or to return the payment money. 

In the case of any kind of product complaints from the customer, the customer is to contact Tilda shop online by telephone +385 (0)98 9779 232or by e-mail at tildadubrovnik@gmail.com
When returning the product, the customer is required to attach a copy of the bill and a written description of the complaint.
If these demands are not met, the complaint will not be approved. The cost of the return delivery is the customer's liability.
